Lyam is a young boy with black hair that he dyes quite often and with black eyes. He is quite small and thin, 140cm for 30kg. He is a small man with a frank and determined look, only wanting to discover the world. He is a kind and pure soul. He is friendly with everyone, but remains very reserved and does not speak much. He likes to sing and play the piano, which he has been taking lessons in since he was three years old. Lyam, whose Korean name is Park Jin-Hyun, was born on 21 September 2010 in Seoul. His parents are Park Hyun-Ki, a Korean actor, and Jade Holland, a British witch and lawyer in Seoul.
Due to his father's profession he travelled a lot in Asia but also in Europe. He went to China, Japan, America but also to England and France.
He used to be a model because he looks like his father but he quit when he was 8 because of his first instance of accidental magic.
When he was 8 years old, his mother decided to move to England , on the one hand, because his father had to go there for work and on the other hand because his mother wanted to return to her family..
His first accidental magic happened when the little family was visiting his maternal grandparents for his 8th birthday. Lyam was playing with the dogs in the house and suddenly fell over the landing fence in front of the second floor stairs. Only, instead of crashing down, he floated a few centimetres off the ground, before landing gently on the floor.
In London, it was a whole new environment, a whole new school and new friends for Lyam. He was sad to have to leave his best friend Young-Jae in Seoul but they promised to write to each other often.
In London he met Damian Green, his neighbour who soon became his English best friend.
When he was 11, he received his letter to Hogwarts and was very happy to be able to follow in his mother's footsteps.
