Her skin is quite pale and doesn't tan easily, which she bemourns in the summer time.

Clara is calm and even a bit shy when you first meet her. However, if you get to know her, she can speak like a waterfall, especially about topics that interest her, for example history.
She is a very creative person who likes to express herself by drawing, painting and writing.
Clara is obsessed with books and reading, and already has quite a collection of books at home. Still, she is alwys excited about recieving a new book - or finding a very old book!
Clara is fiercely loyal, and would die for her friends. She might be a tad too trusting, but maybe that will change as the years go on.

Biography:
Clara Dunraven grew up in a small house on the outskirts of Edinburgh, Scotland. She has an older brother named Arthur, who's 4 years older than her and in Gryffindor.
The both of them were mostly raised by their mother, as their father is a healer at St. Mungo's who often works long hours.
The siblings adore both of their parents, however.
Clara has had some friends around her neighbourhood, which is made up of only magical families. She has made friends with a lot of half-bloods and even some purebloods, although she doesn't care too much about blood status.
Although she is a pureblood, her parents have always supported muggleborns and muggles, and are thus frowned upon by (most) other purebloods.
Clara has been fascinated by muggles, but has not had much contact with them and thus doesn't know a lot about the muggle world.

First Instance of Magic:
A few days before Clara's ninth birthday, she was upset at her mother, who was the one teaching her children before they went to Hogwarts, for givin her a particularly hard (and in her eyes, unfair) piece of math to solve. In her frustration, and thinking only about how much she did not want to complete the worksheet, she suddenly saw the sheet go up in flames before her eyes. Luckily, her mother was nearby and could prevent something from happening. They still laugh about it every now and then.
