Physical Description:

Her hair falls in golden sun kissed waves to the middle of her back. Eyes a soft green but when you really look you’d see the deep olive flecks. Eyebrows thick and arched always giving an unamused look. Her soft fair skin always seeming to glow.

A little about Joey:

Josetta or Joey as she prefers, was born to Anya and Nathan Carter on a warm August day. Her parents are kind and loving parents but strict. There is never any tolerance for disobedience. Much like any other Pure-Blood family. Appearances were everything to Joey’s mother. Never a hair out of place, no wrinkle in any place of clothing. Instilling into the girl that looks were everything.

Joey had always been a confident girl, back always straight and head held high. She is also very kind and caring but never to be taken advantage of, she could also be a spit fire.
Joey has never had a problem being the centre of attention. Being an only child she was often at her parents side whenever they would go to one of there many friends party’s. This is where she met her best friend, an American Pure-Blood named Garrett Alexander.

Magic has always been prominent around the Carter household, from the broom sweeping over the already spotless floor or the dishes being whisked away to there respected places. The day Joey had finally had her taste of the magic flowing her was no different than any day. The cookie jar sitting high on the counter and her little arms just too short to reach.
