Mental Description:
My character is intelligent and curious. Even though she was born into the wizarding world she's always wanted to know more and more about magic. Her head is always in a book or daydreaming about the day she'll be at Hogwarts. She is childish in some aspects because she is the youngest in her family. She also is extremely loyal and kind. She is scared of failure and letting those around her down. She loves quidich and would one day like to be a keeper. She is a bit shy and has troubles making friends but once she does make friends they're life long. She has few friends since when she was seven her best friend drowned in the lake near her house. She failed to save her and she blames herself even though no one else blames her.

My character has two loving and hardworking parents. Her dad works at Gringotts Bank. He has special connections with goblins and several other species in the wizarding world. Her mom used to work at Hogwarts as a Charms teacher before she had Katie and her three siblings. Now, her mom stays at home babysitting young wizards. Katie has three siblings as mentioned before: Audrey, Lukas, and Gabe. Audrey the oldest works at St. Mungo's and has a husband and two little kids (was a Hufflepuff at Hogwarts). Gabe the second oldest has a little potion shop (was a slytherin at Hogwarts). Lukas the next in the family, works at the ministry of magic as a officicer and has a girlfriend who works as an auror (he was a ravenclaw). When she's with her siblings they play quidditch together. She has few friends since when she was seven her best friend drowned in the lake near her house. She does have two friends Ivy and Alex who she met when she was ten at a quidditch match.
First Instance of Magic: Please describe your character's first instance of accidental underaged wandless magic.
Her first instance of Magic was when she was seven. The event happened a week after her friend's death. She was in her room alone crying, remembering that day when she could have saved her friend. Books on her bookshelves, stuffed animals and pillows started floating in the air. Lukas walked into her room after hearing Katie crying. He walked over to his sister and spoke kind words until she stopped crying. This resulted in the objects slowly falling back down. Lukas told Katie that this was normal and that he was proud of her.
