Physical Description: Charles is a tan boy with short, brown hair. His eyes are a bright hazel, veiled by thick brows that arch mischievously. He is shorter than most Europeans his age, standing several inches below them. As compensation, he often has a very straight posture.

Mental Description: Charles is a level-headed diplomat. He rarely gets emotional, and as such, tries to reign in conflicts without joining in them himself. Despite being well suited for it, he rarely likes being the leader. He often defers to an authority, even if his opinion differs slightly.

Biography: Charles is a Colombian boy who's parents moved to Wales just before he was born. He grew up speaking Welsh and English, as his parents would never speak Spanish around the home. His home life was enjoyable, though he was distanced from his own culture and family. The only family he ever knew were his parents. He attended a few public schools, but didn't manage to finish primary education before others began noticing strange 'magical' occurrences.

First Instance of Magic: Charles was asked to join in a game of freeze tag in a neighbors yard at the age of 8. During the game, he exhibited the magical ability to literally freeze the other kids in place. They weren't able to move a muscle until they were tagged free.
