Mental Description: she’s been rather happy ever since moving in with her adoptive family. The group home wasn’t horrible but she wasn’t the most popular one there. These type of things left her with anxiety, an issue with her self image, and place in the world. She is working on getting better with these things,

Biography: Born to a pure blood father and muggle born mother. Penelope’s father left soon after she was born. Her mother cared for her very much but couldn't handle the stresses of parenthood. When Penelope was 8 years old, she was sent to live in a group home with other wizard children. where she lived for a year until being adopted. Her new mothers were both wizards themselves. Annabelle and Victoria Walters. Annabelle was a baker and Victoria was an author, they encouraged Penelope in all her endeavors, helping her to succeed in school and teaching her about the wizarding world.

First Instance of Magic: It was Annabelle who was at the group home looking for a child to adopt. She was drawn to Penelope immediately, and sat down to talk with her. Penelope was so excited, excited to be talking to someone that seemed to understand her, and at the prospect of being adopted. As she rambled on about her drawings and educational achievements, the pen next to her began to float off the table. She slammed it down, worried that she would likely be cast to the side again. That was what let Annabelle knew that she was the one. She adopted her on the spot
