Physical Description: Scarlett is a beautiful young girl, She has curly medium length darkish blonde hair that she sometimes experiments with. When her hair is not in some random hairstyle, she just puts her hair down. Scarlett stands at 5"1 and has weighs about 90 pounds.

Mental Description: Scarlett is one of those people you would call "perfect." And it is also kind of true, her family is well in wealth, and she is very smart. Scarlett also might be described as a person who never hides her opinions and or dreams, She also is sometimes shy.

Biography: Scarlett was born On October 18 in 2011, she is 11 years old. She was living with her family in London, England with her family, Her Mom's name is Erica Noel her dad's name is John Noel. She also has two siblings, an older sister named Elaine (Lani) Noel, which would make Scarlett a second born, and a little sister named Olivia.

First Instance of Magic: Scarlett loved spending her afternoons at the library. It was her favorite spot to be during the day. She would find a cozy corner, and read a book. One day, while Scarlett was reading a 700 page book, at 7 years old, she unintentionally caused her first instance of accidental magic.
She realized that the book was so long she was never going to be able to finish it. She closed the book loudly and pouted. Then, the book started floating in the air and changing to the page she had closed it on. She told her parents immediately and they were both proud and happy about their daughter.
