Physical Description: Winter is tall for her age at almost 5'. She's on the thinner side after a few years of not being well taken care of. She has long wavy blonde hair and warm chocolate eyes. She has barely noticeable freckles on both cheeks, stretching over her nose. She always wears a locket around her neck with a picture of her parents inside.

Mental Description: Winter is very confident for her age. She often acts before she thinks which can get her into a bit of trouble. She has no issues making friends as she feels comfortable starting conversations with most anyone. She absolutely despises being alone and often will search for the company of others to surround herself in. She is a Leo Sun, Aries Moon, and Pisces Rising.

Biography: Winter was born into a pureblood family in the Wizarding World. Her parents had both attended Hogwarts. Her mother was a Gryffindor, and her father was a Ravenclaw. She was raised in Holyhead and grew up dreaming about the day she could join the Holyhead Harpies. While pureblood, her parents held a certain appreciation for the Muggle world that the rest of her family disagreed with. They became fascinated with them at Hogwarts through their Muggle Studies courses and continued to learn more about them after Hogwarts through their jobs at the Ministry. While her parents didn't want Winter to interact with Muggles in accordance with the International Statute of Secrecy, they taught her that Muggles are special in their own right.

First Instance of Magic: Winter's first instance of Magic happened soon after her 7th birthday. She was visiting with her aunt at the time, who had massive hatred towards Muggles. She and her aunt were walking down a main street in Swansea, going to meet her Uncle for lunch at a local wizard's pub. On the way, they passed a Muggle family with a young child throwing a tantrum. Her aunt made a wicked comment about the family and child, which made Winter's face flush with anger. When they got to lunch with her uncle, her aunt ordered a porridge. As she went to take a bite, the porridge suddenly exploded in her aunt's face. Winter giggled, not understanding it was her own accidental, emotion-driven magic that blew up the porridge.
