Physical Description:
Kasey is a human girl who is a bit above average weight who stands at around 4'8" (146 cm) tall, fairly average for her age and she doesn't have much hope for being very tall considering her family's tract record for being on the shorter side. Her eyes are a soft brown color, rounded and soft as well as her face, in contrast to her straight nose. Her skin is fair, prone to flushing easily and freckles dot her shoulders along with her face here and there along with nicks and scratches from her previous adventures in her home town that have long since scabbed over and faded away.
Her hair is often cropped very short, often cut by Kasey alone and it barely reaching past her jaw and is normally dyed an assortment of colorful shades. Her hair is naturally a light brown, however she has recently dyed colored a soft blue. She tends to wear loose fitting clothing, preferring comfort over fashion or appearing "lady-like" to the public, which, thankfully, her father approves of.
Mental Description:
Kasey has always been a rather friendly individual, chattering away about everything and nothing all at once if someone gave her the chance to. She tries her best to come off as bright and bubbly, someone you could turn to in a time of need, however she is very anxious below the surface. Worried about her future and how she'll deal with it when she gets there.
Biography:
Kasey's blood line is, to put it simply, far from pure. On her mother's side, there were no magic users- as far as history could tell- and her father's side is primarily made up of magic users that occasionally married outside of the wizarding world. The young girl was born on November 15th, 2009 to her muggle mother, Sophie Wilkins, and her wizard father, Jason Wilksons. The couple went through quite a lot of stress that put a strain on their marriage, Jason losing his job, hiding anything relating to magic from their neighbors, and an assortment of other issues caused the couple to divorce, leaving both Beck and Kasey in the full custody of their father.
First Instance of Magic:
From a very young age Kasey showed the beginnings of magical ability, however each time it was far too small to tell if the young girl could truly cast spells or not and her family grew worried she'd never cast spells properly. One day while she was 8 and her older sibling was 17, the two of them were out riding bikes. Beck was trying trying to help her practice, but she got too excited and began to go a little too fast, losing control after hitting a rock. She was flung into the air, and could have been very hurt had she not caught herself in the air. She levitated above the concrete for just a moment before she plopped to the ground, stunned by what she had just performed as Beck quickly ran over to make sure she was okay.
