Physical Description: Luna-Elise is a small girl for her age, with messy brown hair that is often in tangles and blue eyes.
Mental Description: Luna-Elise or preferred to be called Lulee, was raised in muggles she's afraid of needles (she once accidentally stepped on one) she's a shy bookworm, but once she's comfortable around you she will talk and act like a regular person.
Biography: Lulee had a small group of friends Annah, Lisa, and Mickey. Lulee had a twin called Elsie who was basically opposite of her own personality, her dad, Mr. Lobisomem worked as a programmer while her mom worked at a bakery, she some times came over to grab some hot-cocoa and read: to sum it off she had a nice childhood and such.
First Instance of Magic: Lulee was having fun at a swimming pool with her twin and friends (2019 they have swimming pools) she was simply reading on a chair a little ways a bit from the pool when Elsie cannon-balled into the pool getting her book wet and startling Lulee in the process: that's when it happened as she picked up her book and headed inside to dry it off she found that it was completely dry when she could have sworn that it was sopping wet a second ago, Lulee was startled but shrugged it off it was a really hot day after all!
