Physical Description: Tall and lanky, Cyrus is easily found within a crowd of his peers. Wide blue eyes hide behind a curtain of curly brown hair. Cyrus has yet to grow out of his baby-fat and as such has a soft, round face.
Mental Description: Full of youth and playfulness, Cyrus is almost always willing to get into a little bit of trouble for the sake of a laugh. He values happiness and dedication while maintaining a stubborn and determined mindset. Once Cyrus decides to do something, there isn't going to be any stopping him. Despite his relatively easygoing and playful personality, Cyrus is quite devoted to his family for his age. As an only child Cyrus isn't known to misbehave besides a harmless prank here or there; he follows instructions more times than not, especially from his parents. That being said, humor is valued within the Keogh household and not often seen in a negative light as long as no one is harmed.

Biography: The Keogh family has lived in Caerphilly, Wales for the past century or so. After emigrating from rural Ireland to Wales the Keoghs promptly settled in the blossoming little wizarding village. They still reside in homes scattered about the countryside. In the present day, Wyatt, Lillie-Mae, and their son Cyrus reside in a cottage located just outside of the village limits. Wyatt works for the local quidditch team, the Caerphilly Catapults, maintaining the pitch and stadium. Lillie-Mae is an employee of the Ministry of Magic and works in the Department for the Control and Regulation of Magical Creatures. As such, it is more common than not to find a magical critter or two within the residence.

First Instance of Magic: As previously mentioned, Cyrus' parents are fond of humor and lighthearted playfulness. Perhaps that is why their son first used his magic in such a manner. During a common game of "peek-a-boo" during Cyrus' early life, he managed to summon the corner of a nearby blanket and cover himself. The resulting surprise of his mother originally scared the toddler, but he soon recovered. The game continued, Cyrus occasionally managing to hide underneath the blanket before lifting it again.
