Physical Description:
Anya has a pair of bright blue eyes that are usually hidden under her bangs. Her hair is shoulder-length with light brown color. She also has bangs, as mentioned before, that cover her eyes sometimes. However, when she is studying, she will tuck it behind her ears. She has a pale skin with freckles on her cheeks. She is average height for girls her age.

Personality:
Anya does not talk much, though that does not necessarily mean that she will not talk if she is asked to. She likes to share what she thinks with people, but most will see her as a weird girl because she has a unique mind. She can jump from one topic to another in a blink of an eye, and the other kids usually cannot accept it. Hence why Anya prefers to stay quiet. She likes being indoor more than outdoor. However, if she has to be outdoor, her favorite thing to do is to go to the playground near her house and use the swing. Anya has a kind personality. She likes to share what she has to other people - usually food. She is curious and she likes to research things like random flowers in the park, random insects on the edge of the window, and others. She also likes to draw, even though she barely likes to scratch various colors together and call them art.

Biography:
Anya was born to Genevieve and Derek Griffiths. She is the only daughter of the couple, since Genevieve had to face a uterus removal surgery right after Anya's birth because her womb would potentially harm her after that. Hence, Anya does not have any siblings, but she has a lot of cousins and she is quite close to them all. She has lived with her parents and in Erith, London, ever since she was born. When she turned seven years old, her family adopted a burmese cat that they called Maurice.

Anya's mother is a witch, meanwhile her father is a muggle, hence making the girl a half-blood. They first met in a bus in London when Genevieve wanted to try muggle bus and Derek happened to sit next to her. They got to know each other, and kept contacting ever since. Their relationship got deeper, and both families had even approved each other. However, once Genevieve revealed that she was a witch, Derek's mother quickly disapproved their relationship because she loathed magic. However, she passed away a year before the marriage, and Derek's father told Derek to continue his relationship with Genevieve. Eventually, Derek proposed to Genevieve, and they got married.

Genevieve was the only one taking care of Anya ever since the girl was born until now. She never hired a nanny even though Derek had the money for one because she wanted to take care of Anya by herself. Her decision managed to build a strong and loving relationship between Anya and Genevieve, and also with Derek. Anya's childhood was basically full of playing with her parents until Derek signed her up to go to a muggle private school - after Genevieve's permission, of course. Anya started attending the school when she was seven years old, and she realized by then that making friends was hard, especially with her curiosity. Her mother could keep up with her fast brain, but not her friends. Anya turned quiet after that, but thankfully, a letter from Hogwarts saved her life. After finishing the last term, Anya quit her muggle school and started attending Hogwarts.

First Instance of Magic:
There were many things happened in their house while Anya was still little, but her very first magic experience happened in the kitchen. Anya was eight years old at the time, and she was still quite short. She could not even reach the shortest cabinet, but her curiosity forced her to try reaching to the cabinet using her hand. She did it, but unfortunately, she dropped a knife because of it. At the time, Genevieve saw what happened from the dining room, but she was too far to prevent the knife from hitting the little girl. Fortunately, Anya's magic saved her. The knife slowed down, and eventually stopped on the floor right next to Anya's right foot. Ever since then, Genevieve knew her daughter was a witch.
