Juliet had been born to an English Family from Manchester. Her family consisted of her Grandmother, her Mother and Sister. Juliet had taken sketching while her sister, Isolde, took acrylic painting. Isolde was 4 years older than Juliet.


The family often enjoyed touring around and admiring the structures within the city. She’d always acknowledged being a witch, since she had been a Pure-Blood. Her mother had been a full Veela, which given her, and Isolde 3/4 part Veela. She had always continued to practice controlling their anger as they knew the result of such emotion.


Juliet is often very curious and often enjoys to observe and explore. Like her wand interprets, "its ideal owner is not stubborn or obstinate, but often helpful, considerate and most likeable." She does not find disobeying amusing. She often finds ways to help those around her, looking for loopholes and advantages to progress whomever.


She thinks about the consequences her actions would bring to her and those around her, giving her a good reputation to witnesses. Her family had known about Muggle Devices and were well aware and open with them.


On Juliet's 10th Birthday, her father had given her a Barn Owl which she would bring to school. Her grandmother had taught her and her sister Occlumens, though she could never focus, and had trouble learning the art.
