Vinnie is an upbeat, happy and proud 11 year old child. He never overlooked an opportunity to cause mayhem, which brought his sense of adventure and mischief with it. But behind his recklessness, he's also extremely trustworthy and loyal, and would be a good ally to have. In spite of that, many people view him as odd or weird, but that doesn't seem to bother him at all. He has wild reddish-brown hair and bright blue eyes. He's a bit below average height, slim, and just generally small body-wise. He has freckles covering his face, and thick rimmed glasses.

Vinnie was born in Norway, then moved to and raised in a Bonnybridge, a small town in Scotland consisting of mostly wizards. He was born Likaro and Mauria North. He lived in quite a normal house with his two half-brothers, Alick, who graduated Hogwarts the year before Vinnie started, and Lilo, who is four years younger than Vinnie.  Vinnie was always quite the boisterous and bold child, always the leader of the pack, very unlike his brothers. But opposites attract, and Vinnie, Alick, and Lilo were inseparable throughout their childhood. Vinnie couldn't have asked for a better upbringing. His parents were both moderately wealthy  and fair. Despite their family being Pure-blood, they thought nothing of pureblood superiority. Both Likaro and Mauria North were Hufflepuffs, and together they owned a popular pet shop in Bonnybridge. Vinnie, Alick and Lilo helped at the shop all the time, which builded a fondness to animals among the three.
