Jack Jones is optimistic and exuberant but can be shy when meeting new people and tries to avoid conflict where he can. His home life was decent and simple enough, aside from the occasional burst of magic at a young age. Being born of a muggle and a wizard would benefit him, as he learned about both worlds equally. Although, he was strictly home schooled until the age when he would receive his letter. He is short and lanky, though will likely grow tall like his father. He has short brown hair, big brown eyes, and a contagious smile. He likes to make friends wherever he can! Although, he can sometimes be a bit naive and a little too friendly. This has lead to some more ill-mannered children taken advantage of him in his younger years. He always bounced back, however, never one to trouble himself with what he couldn't change. He has heard a great deal about Hogwarts, though he thinks it's history is interesting, it can be an absolute bore at times. He is not big into reading, much more appreciative of outdoor and physical activities. His favorite season is summer, though he does enjoy a good snowball fight and sledding with friends. He is a bit overexcited and plans to try out for Quidditch as soon as he can, though he doesn't expect to get a place on the team until his second or third year.
