Physical Description: Donned with curly hair and blue eyes, Leo has been told he's the perfect blend of both his parents. He was born with dirty blonde hair, though it's slowly gotten a bit lighter the older he's grown. His eyes are a grayish blue, paired with trademark pale Irish skin. He missed out on his fathers freckles, but he got his mothers one sided dimple. He had to get braces when he was younger, so he now has a retainer that keeps his teeth nice and straight, along with a nightly skin wash his mother insisted on teaching him.

Mental Description: Leo is a very upbeat person, always trying his best in classes and extra circulars. He tries to be respectful of teachers and his peers, but can take a joke to far if he doesn't read the room. He can be a little over confidant and very ambitious in attempting new things, which can cause him to get embarrassed if he messes up or fails all together. He tries not to bring to much attention to when he does fail, and instead makes jokes about how 'at least he didn't blow anything up!'. However, he loves to try and help others even if he doesn't really get it himself. He loves feeling helpful and enjoys even carrying books for a student or teacher. He also loves swimming, which he is very good at, and sketching. He acknowledges that while most of his sketches aren't terribly good, he can draw plants and backgrounds quite well. Its just humans he has trouble with. Something he doesn't tell very many people is his real name. His birth name is Lionel (Lie-nol) which embarrasses him for no reason other than only his mother calls him that.

Biography: Leo grew up, and still lives, in Killarney. He grew up with his mum, his dad, and his grandma Jana. They lived on a farm inherited by his late grandpa, with multiple horses and other animals. His father was often gone for business, but he'd call them every night to update them on his travels and what he'd seen. Leo's favorite thing about Killarney is that his parents didn't mind if he took a walk across the land with his friends. As long as he didn't stray to far away from the farm (his parents described it as a horse ride away) they didn't mind at all. His family was... shocked to find out that their boy was a wizard, but were very supportive at his eagerness. Besides, they didn't want more instances like in his childhood to occur without proper control.

First Instance of Magic: Leo's very first brush with magic was at the young age of 3. It was minor, and could've been passed as a natural occurrence if no one was watching. His parent's had gotten several cupcakes from the store to celebrate his grandmothers birthday, and being the impatient child he was Leo wanted some early. He shifted them from the back of the counter close enough to the edge that he could grab them and chow down. Other minor instances occurred, but nothing that screamed "he's magic!" to his family. Though a few things lined up once they got the letter...
