Elizabeth Lily Moore is a medium height, thin girl. She has a long brown-red hair reaching the shoulder blades. Her hair she usually keeps loose or tied in a ponytail. Her eyes are naturally green-grey, but since she's worn colored contact lenses they're emerald green.

Ellie is wary of strangers, faithful to friends and family. She loves the sarcasm, that she often uses, which she learned from her godfather. Although she had born in a pure-blood family, both she and her family are notthink that they're better because of blood status. She's an intelligent, talented, ambitious young lady.

The Moore Family is one of old, respected British pure-blood families. However, they are tolerant and do not hate muggles or everything what is related to them. Elizabeth was born on March 24th, 2009. She has three siblings – one older brother, Mattew, who is thirteen and two younger sisters, Heather and Lily, who are ten and eight. From childhood, she was taught to respect others, try to achieve her goals and never give up. When she was nine Matt taught her flying on broomstick little bit when he came back home for Christmas break. She loves to sing lullabies to her sisters when they can't sleep or dancing with them in the living room.

The first time she used the wandless magic was when she played with her siblings in hide-and-seek when she was five years old. She climbed up on a tree and when Matt found her, she got scared and fell from the tree. Suddenly she felt like she flew and – to her and her family suprise – she really flew! She was floating in the air! Next time she could manipulate the flower so that it folded and unfolded the petals.
