Kayden Lind
Status:
Half-blood
Birthday:
21 Apr 2009
Nationality:
English
Residence:
London, England
Function:
Third year, Hufflepuff
Wand:
21,6 cm cherry wood and dragon heartstring
Physical traits:
A skinny boy, almost sickly, with no defined muscles anywhere. He has a handsome face with a sharp jawline. Deep blue eyes and blonde hair give him a nice face contrast, though Kayden constantly dwells on his appearance, often secretly insecure.

Personality And Mentality:
Charismatic, and nonchalant, Kayden often puts up a front of the "I don't care," attitude. Anybody who gets to know him however sees the deeper, more caring side of him. Deep down, he is a fun-loving person, who likes cracking jokes at inopportune times.

Backstory:
His father a wizard, his mother a muggle, Kayden was raised to love two things: Magic, and the stage. His mother was an accomplished actress in her time, who traveled the world performing for large crowds. All that changed, however, when she fell in love with the tall handsome theatre critic, who just so happened to be accomplished in the mystical arts of magic. They fell in love, and eventually got married, settling down. His father became a principal at a muggle school and his mother was the theater teacher. A year into their marriage, they had Kayden. He was taught in the ways of theatre by his mom and told stories of magic by his father. Kayden joined the theatre program at his school and found out it was one of his natural talents. However, his life always felt like it was missing something... something... magical.

First Instance Of Magic:
It was the opening night of the school play, and Kayden was chosen to play Peter Pan. It was one of his favorite roles by far, he was able to swordfight captain hook, dance around with the lost boys, and develop a romance with Wendy. However, his favorite part was when he jumped into the kids' bedroom, flying by a string attached to his back.
Backstage, he would stand on a tall wooden block, then jump down, soaring across the stage.
Kayden waited for his cue, then jumped with full force. He flew across the stage, relishing in the Oohs and Ahhs of the crowd.
However, near the end of the flight, Kayden began to feel tension on the string. He gasped with horror as he felt it snap in midair, and he closed his eyes, expecting the worst.
To his surprise, he had floated back down to the stage, without the string's assistance. Everyone else clapped, thinking it was a spectacular special effect trick, but his father and mother knew what it really meant.
A few days later, Kayden received his letter from Hogwarts.
