Annie has hazel eyes, the majority of it being a light green but with a circle of hazel brown and lighter flecks near the center of the eye. Her hair is toffee blonde with a curly texture, she usually has her hair down but when she puts it up its often in a messy bun, her hair falls just beyond her shoulders.

Annie was an only child which made her feel lonely, her parents attempts to play and comfort her could never fill the hole of a sibling. She has quite an explosive anger, when triggered she can spiral into destructive behaviors. She has also always had a very determind nature, highly competitive and skilled in anything that required physical activity.

Annie has no siblings, her mother died in a car crash, Annie survived and yet her mother didn't. She lives with her father, they have a exceedingly good relationship but he's been sadder since her mothers death, her parents were truly in love. Annie had a closer relationship with her mother than her father, she didn't know why, they were just more connected. Annie's mother used to share stories of her time at Hogwarts and how magical it was there, Annie becoming more and more excited to go to this school that her mother remembered so fondly.

Annie's dad had been depressed after her mother's death. He had been drinking for days and it never made him feel any better. She had told him to stop and to get out more - instead of non stop drinking. They got into an argument ,when her father was heavily intoxicated, as he attempted to take another swig of alcohol, she smashed the beer bottle that he had clasped in his hand from pure anger , she then ran off out of fear of what she had done. She wasn't shocked by what had occurred until the anger fully left her system, then she began to wonder how she did what she did. The next day Annie had to face her father, he couldn't look her in the eye, he was a muggle but having a witch as a wife he's shouldn't be reacting like this. Awkward eye contact quickly broken, awkward shuffling of feet, short concise sentences whenever they needed to communicate. This was until the letter came. She was overjoyed. The place her mother idolized the most had sent her a letter telling her she could come. Although her father still appeared to be off with her, scared almost.
