Physical Description:
Violet is a petite girl with long brown hair. Her hair is usually messy, but to hide that fact she usually wears it in braids. Sometimes she likes to weave flowers into those braids, or perhaps some feathers. She has a pale complexion despite getting a lot of sun. Her cheeks are naturally blushed, and her lips already are naturally slightly pink, which combined with her long eyelashes causes her to never wear any makeup. Her eyes are green, although they appear a bit hazel. She has a few freckles, and a rather mature looking face, though she smiles quite often.

Mental Description:
Violet is very sweet and bubbly, someone who would talk for hours on end. She hardly ever stands still but when she does then it's probably because something serious is going on or because she's cloud gazing. She's very friendly and loves making friends. Violet can't take a hint, and she'll talk to someone even if they've made several attempts to get her to leave or be quiet. She doesn't have the best leadership skills, finding it hard to command people. She's more of a follower than a leader despite her... big personality. She's extremely nosy and loud, liking to know everything that's happening before anyone else does. Once she decides that she's going to do something then she'll do it, and no one can stop her. She'll only really listen to those that she cares about, however she does love listening to stories. Violet is also very dramatic at times, mostly when she's hurt. For example, if she gets a tiny scratch that's barely bleeding, she'll say that she's ''Bleeding to death''. Violet judges people by their actions, not their words. She feels tremendous empathy for all who suffer. When she sets her mind to something, she follows through no matter what gets in her way. She always tries to help those in need, no matter what the personal cost. Although overall she's very friendly, sometimes she speaks without really thinking through her words, insulting or mentally hurting others. But when that happens she thinks for a long time and then sings a song saying how sorry she is. Whenever she doesn't know how to vote for something or someone, she just does whatever's closest to alphabetical order. She asks a lot of questions and she's easily distracted by the promise of information.


Biography:
Violet Goldhorn was born in York UK, where she lived for her entire life before coming to Hogwarts. She was a toddler when she did her first and only wandless magic, which was making her favorite stuffed animal a bit taller. Her parents made sure to spend as much time with her as possible, despite their busy jobs. She was placed into daycare a few times, though, so that she could make some friends.

Life went on, and soon enough Violet had her first day of school. She made a few friends, even with some of the teachers. Because she never moved, she attended that school for her entire life so far. She grew up there, and because of that she knew everyone in her grade, and she was quite well known by everyone except for the students who recently moved there. Despite the grade being quite close-knit, though, she was considered one of the more popular students.

Her grades were neither good nor bad, and she was a solid B- student. She attended a single spelling bee, where she came in second place.

Soon enough, she got her letter to Hogwarts, and off she went. She got all of her books and her wand, then she got sorted into Ravenclaw.
