Calliope has waist-length wavy black hair, and dark brown eyes although she wears contacts. She can often be found in oversized/secondhand clothing, and is a little taller than average height.

She’s also generally pretty awkward despite doing her best to appear cool and collected. She tries to avoid being in areas with too many people, and often panics when people try to talk to her. She generally likes learning about other people though, and can be very shy. She’s also emotional and can be selfish/bratty at times. She tries to be optimistic and gets very talkative around the people she knows well.

Calliope has four siblings and is the middle child of the family, but she doesn’t have the best relationship with her parents. She often has arguments with them about how much she has to share with her siblings, and often feels like they don’t try to actually hear her thoughts and opinions. She never had many friends either.

Her siblings are: Sage, 17 years old, female. Gwendolyn/Gwen, 14 years old, female. Callidus, 7 years old, male, and Aldrich, 7 years old, male. (Callidus and Aldrich are twins)

Calliope enjoys looking at sunsets, eating chocolate frogs, drinking pumpkin juice, and listening to instrumental music.
Calliope has a fear of heights, bugs, and the dark, and generally dislikes those who get too nosy.

One of her only friends had an older brother who often liked to tease the both of them. One day, she was walking home from school with the two of them, when the brother had started making fun of Calliope’s clothing. She tried not to react too much, but afterwards, a nearby tree branch had snapped on top of them. It had been snowing that day, so her friend’s brother ended up covered with snow and Calliope ran away before he could do anything. She was very satisfied about it afterwards, despite being forced to apologize to him by her parents who had scolded her for it.
