Physical Description: Grayson has blond-brown hair that appears lighter in the sunshine. He has gentle blue eyes and pale, clear skin. Every now and then a pimple will pop up to remind him of the impending changes that happen at his age. He is an average height and weight for an 11 year old boy, however his grandparents often embarrass him by pointing out how tall and handsome he is going to become.

Mental Description: Grayson is one of the most down-to-earth kind of people you will meet. He will often speak his mind and has been taught from an early age that honesty is incredibly important. He is slow to trust and often quietly suspicious of others motives - he has learnt that not everybody is what they portray.

Biography: Gray grew up in a muggle home. He likes to think himself to be the most average person to ever exist. He went to an average primary school, made average grades, had an average (although close) number of friends, an average family - one younger sister and parents who have recently divorced, which is sadly an average statistic these days. He couldn't think of a single thing that made him unique - until he found out he was a wizard. He is sad to be leaving his friends to attend Hogwarts, but he knows he'll be able to see them during the holidays. His mother has always been loving and tries her best to give Gray all he could ever need. His father was present in his life, but not in the way a father usually is. He was always very reserved and closed off from his family. Grays' mother says he is no longer the man that she married. As he ages he will understand more of his parents relationship and how it has affected him.

First Instance of Magic: When he was younger, maybe 8 year old, there was a disastrous thunderstorm that tore through the valley where Gray lived with his family. His younger sister began to scream in fear of the thunder and wind that battered the house and their parents came into the room to comfort her. Just as they managed to calm the terrified child, a flash of lightning lit up the room and then the lights went out. The blackout caused the small girl to cry out in absolute terror. Grays' heart ached for his scared sibling, he knew they were safe in their house but she was too young to rationalise that. Suddenly the ceiling light flickered back on. The family thought it was just the fuse box shorting. If only they knew.
