Blair Ivy Rhodes is a thin, small-framed girl. She has medium colored skin and light brown hair, accompanied by bright hazel eyes. Despite her small features, she has a big, bright smile.

Blair is outgoing, friendly, and extremely bubbly. She is almost always seen with a smile on her face and oozes optimism and positivity. She loves meeting new people and spending time with friends and family. However, behind closed doors, she enjoys spending time alone and reading her favorite books. However, despite her typically friendly demeanor, she has a tendency to grow quite stubborn and can even be described as hot-headed when it comes to situations she is passionate about. She loves animals and helping people, and has aspirations to become either a Healer or a Magizoologist.

Blair comes from a middle-class family in Manchester, England. Her mother is a witch and her father is a Muggle. Her mother spends her time as a Herbologist, studying magical plants. Her mother's passion about her work has strained their relationship, and they spend little time together. Her father works as a teacher at a Muggle school and also coaches a Muggle youth sports team. Quite the contrary to her relationship with her mother, Blair considers her relationship with her father very strong.

Because of Blair's love for animals, her family has an orange tabby cat whom she named Kitten when she was a young girl. Because her mother is a witch, she grew up learning all about magic. Blair's first instance of magic occurred at the age of seven, when she accidentally turned Kitten blue while trying to give him a hug.
