Rosalie Forster was born to two pure-blood parents on September 12th, 2008. She has brown hair, pale skin, and a rosy complexion. She has emerald-green eyes. Although skinny and frail, she has often been complimented on her beauty. She wears her cloak hood up to hide her face. She is often quiet and reserved; always staying in the background. She uses her cloak as a safety tactic. Once you get to know her, though, she is very intelligent, cunning, and kind.

Rosalie Forster lives in Bibury, England in a hut (or burrow, if you will) with her parents, her older brother, Quibley (who is currently a Dragonologist studying dragons in the Americas and whom she shares a close connection with), her hairless cat, Carlisle, and her tiny owl, Pugsly; she made the decision to leave her pets at home to keep her parents company as both of their children would now be away. She lives very close to reeds and streams where she would often visit when she was little. Rosalie is lucky to have a loving family who she would give up anything for and knows they would do the same for her.

When she was five, Rosalie experienced her first instance of magic by accidentally turning a frog into a ceramic mug. It gave her quite a fright; she tried to fix the issue by dunking the mug back in the water (it didn't work). A bit distressed, she returned home to ask her brother if he could fixed it; he was underage. Suddenly, Rosalie's mother snatched it, lecturing the both of them. She placed it on the shelf.
Later, while dinner was magically being made, the mug turned back to a frog and began causing ruckus in the kitchen. Luckily, Quibley was there to throw it outside before Rosalie's mother could throw a fit.
