Hello, I'm Lexa Rainey. I'm a 10 year old Half-Blood. I am very excited to be going to Hogwarts! I love magical creatures and I can't wait to learn about them. I hope that I can become friends with a lot of the witches and wizards here. Personally, I am looking forward to the classes and actives.
The first time I knew that I was different from other kids, was whenever I made something float. My mother was mad at me because I broke her favorite vase. I felt this warm feeling spread all over my body as I closed my eyes. Once I opened them, the pots and pans were floating. After I realized what was happening, the odd feeling vanished and the pans and pots clashed to the floor.
Ever since I was a young witch, my parents have told me about their experiences in Hogwarts. My mother would tell me about how fun the quidditch games were to go to, and how the food was always amazing. My father often talking about how many friends he made, and how he loved to watch the Triwizard Championships. My father is Adam Rainey, he was a star quidditch player whenever he went to Hogwarts. Now he is a professional Quidditch player. My mother is Jennifer Rainey, she is working for The Daily Prophet. My parents are like my best friends, they are always there for me.
Myself: I am usually a very happy person but I have my moments when I can't hide it anymore or when I break lose. You know that feeling where everything stops. Like time completely stops moving, frozen in the moment. Everything seems slower and sadder, even. It’s like when you’re at the bottom of an empty pool looking up. I have a younger brother, Gage, just turned 5 in March. I've always had a strong connection with Gage. He understands me, even at a young age he knows whenever I'm upset or angry. He is also excited to be able to come here, but he has to wait a while longer.
Personality: Kind, determined, smart, funny, friendly, and energetic. But I have so things that I need to work on. I have anger issues. I am an overthinker. Also, I get very frustrated.
