Evelynn Fauns, who sometimes goes by Lynn, is the daughter of Dean and Shore Fauns. She is currently eleven years old and slightly taller than most peers her age. Her nationality comes from Irish decent which explains her fair skin tone and freckles. Right now, she is sporting a short haircut that compliments her wavy auburn hair. Lastly, her most defining feature are her almond shaped, green eyes.
Evelynn is, like most kids, complicated to describe given she is barely beginning her life as an 11-year-old. Right now, here friends and family would describe her generally as shy, introverted, kind, loyal, a lover of animals and nature, a bit of a potty mouth (gets it from her dad), sensitive, talkative (once she makes a friend), and lastly a nerd/dork.
Evelynn’s magic first surfaced one day while she was riding her horse, Honeybun. Her aunt, Orchid Copper, owns a farm house out in the country on England and, due to her love for animals, Lynn lived out there every summer with her. Today, just like every other day, Lynn was out riding through her aunt’s property. Riding Honeybun was her favorite passtime because not only was she spending time with her favorite pet, she also felt like time froze. As though the real world around her paused just for her to enjoy this moment. On this eventful day, Lynn decided to run as fast as she could across the length of her aunt's property. Her and Honeybun ran faster than ever before as they sped across the field. To Lynn and Honeybun’s surprise, they began to levitate. It only lasted for about two minutes with them floating about a foot into the air. It was the most magical and terrifing experience of Evelynn's young life. Lynn’s mother and her aunt saw the whole thing, which is why they told her about witches and wizards later than evening.
