Hello, I'm Madeleine, a hard-working, muggle-born, first year witch. I have dark blonde hair and green eyes. I have special interests in music (I play multiple instruments) and also enjoy baking and journaling. I am extremely excited to be starting Hogwarts and aim to ace my OWLs. I also hope to take all classes available.

I am a huge fan of musicals in the muggle world but wish to know more about theatre in the wizarding world too. My passion, if necessary to document is media, including everything photography, music, movies and acting related.

I intend to make many friends and am always able to help other students with homework if they need it. Just send an owl my way!

A main reason I'm excited to be attending hogwarts is because I live in a fairly normal (muggle) city, so am hoping to find my place in the wizarding world.
I am also very ambitious so which ever house I am sorted into I will do my best to support the house and earn as many housepoints as possible.
I'm not a particularly sporty person, however the history behind quidditch has proved to be very interesting. Did you know that there are 700 fouls in quidditch and that the golden snitch was originally a bird called a golden snidget?

From what I can remember my first magical experience occurred when I was around 6 years old, I had had a disagreement with a friend and found myself so angry that the lights in the room we were talking in went out, my parents didn’t think much of it, so it went unnoticed. another instance I can think of off the top of my head is making books falls off my bedroom shelves and extinguishing candles in a draught free room.

As for now, I must get back to work and read up on the history of Egyptian magic.
