B A C K G R O U N D
Lucille was born to Katerina (nee Lovelace) and Rydell Flitney on December 14, 2006 at around three in the morning. She is the youngest of three, having two older sisters. The oldest, Elizabeth, is fourteen, and in her fourth year at Hogwarts as a Slytherin. The middle child, Olivia, is in her second year of Hogwarts at twelve, almost thirteen. She is the only Ravenclaw in the family. All of the Flitney children were homeschooled until they each got their Hogwarts letters. By 'homeschooled', I mean tutored.
Lucy's parents both work for the ministry, so they were away during the day. Her father is an Auror, while her mother works in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, specifically the Improper Use of Magic Office.
While growing up, her parents were away often. Elizabeth was always too preoccupied with things such as sneaking around the Estate (specifically their parents' offices), and Olivia always had her nose in a book. So Lucy entertained herself with wandering around, and from a young age she learned to be okay with being alone.
Not to say she wasn't loved. Her parents were just busy, and they thought that spoiling their daughters with material things would make up for it. Elizabeth was content with this, Olivia didn't care, but Lucy took it without a word.
Lucille loves her family, even if they may be distant. Her parents are a little... proud of their heritage. They don't like to make it public, but Lucy knows they really think that they're superior, even if it's subconscious.

P E R S O N A L I T Y
Lucy can be described as many things. Stubborn, sly, cunning, smart. She is very loyal, but also picky about who she gives her loyalty to. Stubborn as a mule, she won't let herself lose an argument. Due to her privileged upbringing, she can also be a little... high maintenance. Not to mention she learned how be manipulative and sly when she needed something. Lucy isn't a bad person. She's a little standoffish when you first meet her, but she's actually a nice, clever girl who has thousands of thoughts running through her head that she shares with only a select few. Lucille is very independent, and doesn't like receiving or asking for help if she can help it.
