History: As soon as Clara could talk and understand others, Paulina and Philip immediately told her that she was a witch. From the very beginning, Clara grew around magic. One day, she was hanging out with her half-blood friend James. A group of dirty looking boys came up to James and started punching him. Clara’s face immediately turned red, and without any intention one of the boys slowly floated off from the ground. And within a few seconds, he toppled down back to the ground. Clara's hand clasped over her mouth and ran away to her house.
Clara burst into her house with tears, “Dad! I didn’t mean to do it. But a group of boys started bullying James, so I kind of exposed magic to muggles.” Philip’s face filled with concern but knew that it would be too risky to use memory charms to erase the recollection of magical phenomena by muggles. Philip knew that eventually, the ministry of magic would find that magic was exposed to muggles.
Sure enough, after a few days, the ministry of magic contacted Philip telling him that they had sent Obliviators out to erase the memory of the muggles of the incident of magic.
