Amelia Bane born on July 31st 2008 was not your average girl, she was into things that other kids her age weren't, when all of her friends went out to play she was inside her room reading Nancy Drew Novels, she loved to go into the head of the detective and sometimes in the head of the murderer. For this she would get made fun of sometimes by her friends. If it wasn't getting made fun of for being the odd one out, she was also made fun of for her long ginger hair. She wasn't one to let things get to her so she let it go in one ear and out the other.

Her parents on the other hand were very secretive, she got along with them but sometimes when she was in the room they would whisper so she couldn't hear what they were talking about. That is probably what hurt the most is her own parents not being able to talk normally while she was in the room with them. This is also another reason why she had kept to herself mostly and honestly she was okay with that.

The one day that sticks out in her mind the most is when she got so upset that all the doors in her house slammed shut and the windows all shattered. It scared the ever living heck out of her. She debunked it as a freak accident but that was the first of many weird things that happened to her up until her 11th birthday.
