Dawn Heaven was born on June 23, 2009 in Glasgow, Scotland, to a pure blood family. Raised with her twin sister Skye, although they are not physically alike, she and her sister are related.

His mother, Eugenie, works in the Department of magic justice and returns very late at night. Which means Dawn doesn't see her mother often.
His father, Lewis, worked in the department's magical justice department, but was fired before being taken to Azkaban for torturing a muggle born boy.

Dawn and her sister live alone raised by their aunt Pauline Cooper who has a daughter of the same age, Debra. The twins and the girl get along very well.

Dawn is red, her hair is curly and thick, she has a few freckles on her nose and cheeks. Her eyes are golden and will delight with her beautifully designed mouth. Her skin is whiter than snow, which makes her laugh. It is quite large and slightly round.
She doesn't look like her parents.

Dawn is a rebel, she disregards the rules, but tries to control herself so as not to risk being expelled from Hogwarts.
Her loyalty to her friends is flawless, she tries to be kind and open with others which is very difficult for her.
She is mean to those who judge without knowing it.
Sensitive, she takes things very seriously.
She always shows great courage to help others.
She often lies, it is her way of protecting herself from others, which sometimes causes her trouble.

Dawn showed her magic gift one evening when, after arguing with another child on the street, she blew up all the windows of a house nearby.

At Hogwarts, she would like to go with her twin sister and her cousin to Slytherin, it is in her opinion the house that suits her most.
