Personality
Rose is Kind, Open Minded, Bookwormish, Artistic, and a bit Shy. She is quite clumsy, and often injures herself on accident because of it. Rose is also a bit scatterbrained, and will quite often forget what she's doing or talking about if it's not written down.

Genetics
Rose is a small, pale female, only about 4 ft in height. She has many freckles on her face, shoulders and upper back and neck, and other scattered areas, such as her knees and arms. She has Heterochromia, as her Left eye is a Green color, and her Right is Brown. Rose's hair is Black and wavy, and cut short, with a small braid in front of her left ear. She has quite a few scars, mostly from her clumsiness or from picking at bug bites and scabs too often.
Usual Attire
Rose often wears a Grey Button-up shirt and Black Dress pants, wearing Tan sneakers underneath. She also wears either a long Rainbow fingerless fishnet glove, or a fingerless Glow-in-the-Dark Skeleton glove on her Left hand. Some extra accessories are a Red Rose earing in her right ear and a necklace with a Ruby charm, which was a Family Heirloom on her mother's side. Rose is also often seen wearing some sort of bandage, due to the injuries from her clumsiness.
Heritage
Rose is of French descent, but her Mother and Father moved to England before she was born. Her mother is a Halfblood Witch, working as a Nurse for muggles, and a Part-time Dress Maker, and her Father is a Pureblood Wizard, working for the Ministry of Magic.
First instance of Magical capabilities
Rose's magical capabilities formed around the time of her Ninth birthday. She was walking home with her mother from a local Sweet shop when a Large stray dog jumped in front of her and her mother. Rose's Mother picked her daughter up, making Rose drop her bag of sweets. Mrs. Brodeur didn't notice, as she was busy shooing the dog away with her foot, with the help of some friendly passer-bys. As Rose's Mother carried her daughter home, the dropped bag of sweets followed. Thankfully, none of the Muggles noticed, and if they did, Mr. Brodeur would've likely dealt with it, as it was his job at the time.
Backstory
Born April 15th, an Aries. Rose Eloise Brodeur was a lovely child, Always bright eyed and bushy tailed, and with an aptitude for learning. Rose almost always asked for more historical storied at bedtime, and loved to draw. At the young age of four, she could already read children's books quite well, still needing help at the trickier words, of course. At age Seven, she was already on to the large, kid-friendly Chapter books, and was writing little stories of her own, even drawing pictures for the cover and each chapter. At age Nine, her magic started blossoming, which made her parents quite happy, even if the little outbursts made their lives a slight bit trickier. On her Eleventh birthday, she was gifted with a portable Digital Drawing Tablet, and a portable Easel, Along with ten new canvasses and a Tub of new art supplies.
Every Summer, the family would either take a trip to France, or a trip to America, though, the trips to France were few and far between. Rose had made many friends across the world, and was even taken to Japan for a week, where she found her love for Manga and Asian food. Rose still keeps in touch with her pen-pals, sending her letters the muggle way, just to be safe. She doesn't yet have a Phone

Rose is an Only Child, as her mother had a miscarriage that damaged her womb, and had to get it removed.
Rose is Asexual, as she is still a child, and Panromantic. She tends to like people who like Animals, Reading, and Art. She also has a thing for people with really pale blue or amber eyes, as she thinks they look like stars.
Rose has Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, or OCD for short. Her Compulsions, the way she deals with the Intrusive thoughts, or Obsessions, is to either draw AU characters from her favorite game, Undertale, or to read a book.
Rose's current favorite book is Zombie Island, an Undead Shakespeare Novel
