She is a small girl for her age. Irena has long brown hair, her eyes are hazel and her nose is tiny and covert by little freckles. She also has a little brown birthmark on the right arm, which looks like a crescent moon.
Irena is a shy but energic girl. She easily has friends and loves joking with them.

Her mother, Eileen, works in the Ministery of Magic. She is an Unspeakable at the Department of Mysteries. She is forty years old and she met her husband in Hogwarts.
Irena's father, Robin, works at the Daily Prophets since three years. Before that, he was a stay-at-home dad. He is two years younger than Eileen, and met her in their Quidditch team (she was beater and he was chaser).
There were both in Ravenclaw's House so Irena wants to be there too.
She has a little brother, Erwan, who is nine years old, and a big sister, Elisabeth, which is fourteen years old and is in Slytherin's house.
Personal tastes and hobbies :
This little girl really likes Quidditch, her favorite team is the Irish National Quidditch team, but she is afraid of flying (she has fallen from his toy broom when she was three).
She likes to dance and to swim, she looks forward to swimming in the Great Lake in spring (if she can and is not afraid by the creatures in).
Her favorite meal is mint jelly, and she loves toffees.
More than all, she loves reading and always have a book (novel or other) in her bag.
First instance of magic :
When she was four, Irena made her first instance of magic. She was playing with her favorite toy (a flying stuffed hippogriff) and eating her favorite biscuit when she fell down. She let the cake go and it just stopped before touching the ground. While she was crying, lying on the floor, her parents came to the kitchen and saw their daughter and the floating cake. They were so proud of her and they explained to her what was going on and that she was a witch. They also learned to her it was a secret, that nobody must know.
