I think I need plastic surgery in the future.
Strawberry blonde hair, a pair of teal eyes, and very fair skin—Elena's appearance is uniform in comparison to other English folk. She clocks in at a respectable 137 centimeters; falling within the average height range for eleven year old girls. Weighing just a tad bit over 35.5 kilograms, there's definitely some meat on her bones. Elena Kibble is a fine young lady who, despite not being particularly special or unique, is in very good health. That doesn't mean she wouldn't prefer to have blue skin and sparkling red eyes, however.
Chester was kinda boring, to be honest. But my family always got me these cool picture books about apples and snakes and bearded men who threw lightning and stuff so I guess it kinda balanced it out!
Elena Kibble was born in Chichester, England, to a family of five. Although she was raised in a primarily Catholic household, Elena always found more interest in Pagan tales and stories, becoming obsessed with foreign mythologies. As she grew older, she became more and more entrenched in the stories of Norse Gods, Greco-Roman heroes, and Native American animals. It was only to be expected that, by the time she discovered her magical heritage, Elena Kibble wasn't particularly surprised. She always knew she had to have some dragon or fairytale princess in her blood after all (she didn't but if magic existed, who can say that Hercules and Anansi didn't exist as well?).
Nothing is impossible!
Growing up surrounded by fantastical shows and magical books (not literally) didn't do much to ground Elena in reality. Being eleven years old and having a family who just didn't have the heart to tell her that Santa Claus was actually her grandpa in a costume and that the Tooth Fairy was her mom throwing her teeth in the trash for a quarter was probably a mistake in hindsight. Having her beliefs reaffirmed by Hogwarts just made her slide down the already slippery slope.

Elena believes in everything she hears. There hasn't really been a solid ground for her stand on regarding what's possible and so she draws her perspective from watching feel-good television shows (back at home) and watching wizards use magic in Magical London.

As per usual for a kid who's unexpectedly given magic, she always thinks about what she can do rather than what she should do. Her reckless behavior, combined with an unyielding optimism that effort and friendship prevails over all obstacles, is only exemplified by being cushioned by the adults around her. Up to this point in her life, Elena Kibble has never really experienced any hardship to speak of and, because of that, acts like a hyperactive girl who doesn't understand the consequences behind her actions.

Even a promise of secrecy can hardly keep her from blabbing every thing she knows to the nearest victim!
I miss Mom and Dad and Jacob and Billy and Jay-Jay and Liza and Bethany and everyone!
In spite of all the commotion and excitement of becoming an actual witch, Elena still misses her parents. Her desire to see her family makes her subconsciously refer to others as maternal and paternal figures, forming connections with even the most sinister of strangers should they show her the tiniest ounce of affection. She's oblivious, naive, and desperate to find companionship in this foreign, brave new world.
How have you never heard about a television?!
How barbaric! Living without the technological advances of the twenty-first century is awfully boring and Elena's attention span isn't all that great. She's constantly seeking adventure, danger, and intrigue! Even if it mostly ends up with her in trouble and someone else saving her butt.
And on and on life goes. . .
Elena's still an eleven year old girl who is still learning about life and all its beauty. She hasn't grown into her skin yet and she's still discovering more about herself everyday. It's only a guess as to how she'll develop in the future.
