What is their personality?
Ava is a spunky girl with a lot of confidence! She does what she thinks is right despite what any adult or older student may say, but that doesn't mean she's reckless. While she follow the rules just fine most of the time if they prevent her from defending a friend who she believes to be innocent or from stopping bullies that aren't being stopped quick enough for her liking she will try to find loopholes.
What do they look like?
Ava is four feet and three inches tall weighing in roughly at 98 lbs, she is not very muscles as being a child limits how much she can gain, but her activity probably plays a part in that. She is slim, but not necessarily fit. Ava has brown, curly hair that fall just a little past her shoulders with a pale complexion due to lack of outdoors activities. She has brown eyes and glasses that are ready to darken when she steps outside. Overall she doesn't have too many stand-out features besides some slight development in the female body ways.
Tell us a bit about their history, we will not be accepting obviously abusive backgrounds.
Ava grew up in the United States having moved to some distant cousins of her mother's after her mother fell ill and was unable to care for her anymore. Her father is not in the picture, she still holds a lot of her American culture in her habits, but she attempts to learn and adjust to her new home in Birmingham with her new family.
How or when did their magic first surface.
Ava's magic first showed signs when she was three when her mother had left her child alone in the kitchen, in her high chair. When she had returned Ava had two cookies on her tray with the jar askew on the kitchen floor far from its place on top of their fridge.
Again her magic appeared when she was five and some children of poor intent threw rocks at her only to have the rocks all seem to miss by marginal standards.
The last time Ava's magic was apparent was when she was nine camping in the woods far from civilization and she dreamed of a dark place that resulted in something she could not explain, something approached her when she was awake. It was dark and cold. It approached her and she felt like her life was being drained, memories became hard to recall until she didn't even remember forgetting them and it ended with her mother saying words she could not hear and the thing was gone. They went home that same night.
