Elaine was born on the 14 of August to a witch and wizard. Elaine is the oldest of her siblings and has grown up in Dublin, Ireland. Her mother Jean works part-time as a Healer and has a strong passion for Herbology. Elaine’s father Desmond, however, prefers to create things and works for a well-renowned broomstick company. Both of her parents are fans of Quidditch and have shared this passion with their children.
Elaine’s favourite Quidditch team is the Kenmare Kestrels. When Elaine is not busy cheering on her favourite team she can be found potting around the garden or visiting the apothecary in Diagon Alley with her mother.
Elaine has been described as a curious and intelligent young witch. Elaine is always asking questions about magic not just about her parents are doing around the house but also about how magic works. One time when Elaine was about 5 or 6, her mother Jean wanted her to wear this horrible spew coloured robe to a family gathering. Elaine was angry with her mother making her wear something so revolting the robe caught on fire. Jean started crying and at first, Elaine thought she had hurt her mother and felt extremely guilty and ashamed. But, Jean was so happy that her daughter was a witch and would be attending Hogwarts.
Elaine has long dark brown hair and olive coloured eyes. Her complexion can be described as fair with slightly rosy cheeks. Elaine is a bit on the shorter side following after her mother. But she does have a stocky build which she inherited from her father. Elaine normally wears her long hair down but occasionally will put in a bun or ponytail when she is busy studying or helping her mother in the garden.
