Background- Damien was an average boy, with two middle-class parents. He didn’t need for much for the majority of his childhood, and was an overall happy child. He was sheltered to a certain extent from a young age, and was homeschooled until seven. After being enrolled into a normal public school, Damien was bullied for his quiet demeanor and lacking social skills. His family went to the office but they refused to do anything, so he endured the torment for his early schooling. Born into a normal muggle family, his family was extremely surprised when he started performing small acts of magic. His parents, fearful and unsure what do to do, began to distance themselves from Damien, that was until a letter arrived asking for him to attend Hogwarts.

Personality-Damien is a quiet boy, and is often seen with his head in the clouds. He enjoys writing and animals, his favorite thing to do is read. Having been shunned by his peers and own parents from a young age, Damien is starved for attention and affection. He desperately longs for a few decent friends but is uncertain in how to go about making them. Damien hates confrontation and will do anything to avoid situations that will cause drama. He is a people pleaser and is horribly scared of being judged or ridiculed. When opened up Damien can be a humorous and caring friend.

Appearance-Damien has windswept blonde hair that always seems to be tousled no matter how much he tries to brush it, his pale blue eyes are clear and always have a certain spark to them, especially when he is doing something he enjoys.
The clothing he wears is usually bland and simple, a style, he believes, suits him perfectly. Although rarely seen, his smile is small as well as slightly crooked.

First Magic Incident- Damien was a nine year old when his magical abilities began to appear. It was a brisk autumn day and Damien was doing homework under his favorite tree when a gale of wind whisked it away. No matter how much he ran the paper still got carried away by the racing winds. After a few minutes of cat and mouse Damien shouted out of frustration, and to his surprise the wind shot the paper straight into his tiny hands.

Hobbies/Misc: Besides reading, Damien has barely any hobbies that he has stuck to and enjoyed. Most sports were too rowdy for him, and any educational clubs he joined made him feel like an outsider. Most of his favorite hobbies are things he can appreciate by himself. He enjoys creating stories and daydreams often, especially in class. Birdwatching is another favorite hobby of his.
