Aubrie was born in Anglesey, Wales, to her mother, Alys Hannon. Through all her current life, her Mum was always her sole caretaker, where they live in a small cottage in the outskirts of the small village in Llanfairpwllgwyngyll. While she has a father by the name of Mason Copper, he only visits and takes care of her on a bi-weekly basis, respectively on Mondays and Fridays of every week.

From a glance, one can see that Aubrie has light blue eyes, with a long, wavy, dark brown hair. It is also clear from that same glance that Aubrie wears baggy, unfashionable clothes, and while her parents, Alys Hannon and Mason Cooper try their best to persuade their daughter to wear more sensible clothes, she often deigns not too. This is because Aubrie is characteristically stubborn, often headstrong when it comes to trying to get what she wants. Alongside being stubborn, Aubrie is also quick-tempered, which had often landed her in trouble to detention and recommendations to an anger management councillor.

Still, Aubrie can be incredibly perceptive. Hidden underneath her cantankerous nature, she is observant, as, at the tender age of 7, she was able to see through the peculiarities of her father, who seems to often appear for his visits often on time, neither late nor too early, and the fact that he says certain foreign words towards certain objects. This led her to grow suspicious, especially after that one incident, in which she accidentally broke a vase, and moments before her Mum came home, the vase was back in tact as if it was never broken in the first place.

When she turned 8 years old, that was when her father, Mason, explained to her the land of the wizarding world in Britain, and through the next 3 years, she often begged her Dad to tell and show her more about the school she may go to and what one could do with magic, and this led her to continuously develop a heightened interest in magic.
