Adalaine "Ada" Vaillancourt, a transfer from France, was supposed to be admitted to one of the most renowned wizarding school, Beauxbaton. Her excellence is out of question, having received music and dance lessons throughout her younger years, it is no doubt she is ahead of most at her age. Not only is she intelligent, her family name is prestigious and everyone acknowledges the Vaillancourts, so when her parents had announced her leaving, she was extremely devastated. Her parents wanted to expand their reputation, and what's best to do other than sending their remarkable eldest daughter down to the roads of England?
They sent her off alone, leaving her behind with a cat, all her visions of Beauxbaton is now in the past, though her dreams are completely shattered, she knows she is here on a mission. Suddenly, all of the language study had made so much sense, her family has radiated brilliance from generations to generations now, and it is finally her time. She promised herself to focus only on that, her ego getting the best off of her, sure that she, out of everyone, will rise to be the best.
But, what they didn't think of is how their 11 year old daughter would adapt to the situation that is so much different in Manchester? The busy streets, and the crowded parks, the language barrier, and the culture, there's still so much Ada has to learn, that she has never learnt before, but will she be ready for the secrets she has to uncover and the people she would meet?
