Personality: Blaine is intelligent child who enjoys reading and drawing by a warm fire under a cozy blanket. however he hardly speaks unless its absolutly nessacary or unless he is around someone he likes. Once you get him to start talking he'll crack jokes, spill the tea(he is very observant), paint pictures with his stories and help you with just about anything. he also a very tired child since he doesnt get a lot of sleep. He is not quick to anger but when his is angry he doesnt speak and harbor a grudge for days, but he is annoyed he will use sarcasm and can be harsh with his words.
Looks: He is a shorter than most boys his age, hovering at 4'6, and although he can devour a whole pizza by himself he only weights in at 77.4 lbs so he is quite skinny. However despite his scrawny build he is very fast and agile. His think pale blond hair and big bright blue eyes give him an innocent look. His tiny frame and bright blue eyes earned him the nichname Bluebell after the delicate blue flower. His mother is so far the only to call him that but he is generally fond of the nickname and when he introduces himself he occasionally calls himself Bluebell instead of Blaine. he likes to wear hoodies, chockers, and cargo pants, but can dress up if need be in more proper clothing
Background: Blaine lives with his parents Nickola Freeturn-Anderson and Jared Anderson, and his 9 year old brother Finnick Freeturn in small home close to Diagon Ally. His mother and father are pure-bloods who were forced into an arranged marraige and then had him a little over year later. His mother tried to make the marriage work but his father held no interest in her and would leave frequently to be with other woman and drink with his friends and leaving her to take care of the house and their newborn son. a couple of years later Finnick was born and his father came home more often acted more like a father. He was still distant, cold, even cruel sometimes to Blaine but he didnt mind because his father was becoming much kinder to his little brother and even his mother sometimes so to him it was alright. they are middle-class citizens, but Blaine remembers being hungry when he was little because they didn't have enough money but when his mother got a raise their lives became easier but Blaine still doesnt eat much because he doesnt want anyone else to go hungry. His father became particularly cruel when he was 10 after he told his father that he thought boys were cute and would much rather marry a boy than a girl.
First Magical Occurance: his FMO happened when he was 7. He was playing with a small toy dragon that snorted fake purple flames and could crawl around-but not fly and was completely silent- in front his father who were reading on the couch when the dragon made a popping sound and floated for a couple of moments- long enough for him to cry out in surprise and his father to notice- before falling back to the ground with a soft plop. His father was not impressed while his mother and younger brother Finnick were delighted and said they thought he was very cool.
