Rocky Atticus Xavier Marshbanks is a bright, yet witty young boy who was born in the small town of Prince George, Virginia. His father, Atticus Marshbanks, was a Muggle who was a real estate businessman and his mother, Morissa Hollyleaf was a Pureblood potioneer from the Noble House of Hollyleaf. They lived a quiet life at first in the small town of Prince George County in Virginia. Rocky has a crop of neatly combed red hair, with pale skin and a thin body. He has particularly long legs and his face is thin, yet welcoming. He is an introvert, with a particular love for creatures and books. Rocky may seem a bit cold and distant to others who first meet him, but he is a generally kind and sympathetic person to his friends, with dreams of becoming an Auror.
When Rocky was six years old, his family moved to Cornwall, England. During his first Christmas at Cornwall, Rocky's mother got a mysterious package as a present from an anonymous person. It was a beautiful silver necklace with diamonds and jewels. Morissa put it on, but the necklace was cursed and she died. This had a horrible effect on Rocky, causing him to have a genuine hate for the Dark Arts.
After this traumatizing experience, Rocky had his first practice of accidental magic. He was grieving over his mother's death and the Christmas tree vanished. Of course, he had many more experiences with accidental magic, such as changing his sibling's hair, exploding the family portrait, and even making birds appear out of thin air.
