Originally from Canada, this young witch was raised in Colburn, England, a place she wearily calls home. It holds so many memories, some painful while others treasured, but when far from it she wishes to be back. She moved there when she was around four years old but not a year later her father passed away. The death was so detrimental that her mother became mentally unstable from stress, loss, and a broken heart. Authorities, magical and muggle, allowed for their father's brother, their Uncle Gregorio, to adopt Allison and her sisters. Their mother went to live in a place fit for her condition and her children stayed in their home of the fractured.
Most of Allison's life was spent surrounded by muggles. Though they had been taught of their magical heritage, they were sent to schools where they lived a non-magic lifestyle. It didn't bother her much at first but Allison became more curious about her people as she grew up, especially because her own magic was running late. Her sister finally gave her a more in-depth explanation of the wizarding world and showed her places and people that would grow her knowledge about who she was. In made her more excited to be apart of something so wonderful but she wasn't able to fully empathize until her own magic surfaced.
Not long after her tenth birthday was when she experienced a peculiar event—surprise, she was the cause. She was at a sleepover with muggles and the host decided to light candles in the bathroom to relive the time when she met a fortune-teller. Allison began to daydream about something that involved candles and as a result the candles in the room began to float in the air. Luckily the children had a vivid imagination, or maybe because it was close to Halloween, so they weren't at all traumatized by the event, but they never remembered what happened at all so the ministry officials just gave Allison a friendly warning that she needed to begin focusing on controlling her magic, especially around those who couldn't know of it.
Allison is usually seen as rational and reserved on the outside but usually there's a hurricane raging inside of her, a blend of thrill and anxiety. When she was younger Allison was known for being spontaneous, acting first before thinking consistently, but things changed once she began taking higher-level classes. She wanted to fit and left behind some of her childish way, turning into the eye in the storm instead of vice versa. Allison is calm and gentle, but she's still the fearless girl who is afraid to help others or go after her own dreams. Judging others isn't really in her agenda because she has too many other things to worry about. She's a quick-thinker and has an uncanny knack for getting herself out of situations because she sees everything as just a challenging game to beat.
Although it's open to all, the VIP section, a.k.a her heart, is definitely not free, one would have to earn there way to really be considered a close friend, and it's no minor task. She still treats every one how they deserve, but because she feels it's right. Overall, Allison is someone worthy to befriend because she offers the best of her abilities, wanted or not, and aims to make the world as beautiful as possible, of course in a non-material way.

Her hair is auburn and long, coming down to her waist, and usually parted neatly in the middle. Her skin is warm tan with a hint of pink underneath, speckled with faint freckles across her cheeks and the bridge of her nose. She is slightly taller than average, or maybe only seems that way because of how she carries herself, with her back straight and head high. She has soft features except for her sharp, cobalt irises, which contrast against her warm features and skin tone.
