Ash is a relatively shy, anxious student. She wants to do her best in each and every class and takes great care with her studies. She loves any sort of animal or creature. So much so that she wants to be a magizoologist when she gets older. She often finds herself wanting to spend more time with animals than other people, but she does wish to make some friends while she attends school.
Ash grew up with only her mother around. She never had many friends, but it didn't really bother her. She kept herself entertained with books and stories. Her mother was often busy, but she was still a loving mother and cared very deeply about Ash.
Ash first discovered she had magic when she was around ten years old. She got into a petty fight with her mother and ended up knocking over the nearby furniture out of frustration. Being muggle-born, she was very afraid of this magic. Her mother was as well. They were both a little relieved when Ash got her Hogwarts letter, knowing that it meant she wasn't the only one with abilities.
Appearance-wise, Ash is a young girl with pale skin and dark brown hair. She usually keeps this hair in a ponytail to keep it out of the way. She was brown eyes and glasses. When not in school uniform, you can usually find her in simple, comfortable clothing.
