Regina Isla Hughes is an eleven year old girl who enjoys to color, reading books, listening to music and writing her diary. She is funny and loveable but she can also be bratty and lazy at times. Regina comes from Greenock, Scotland. She's always been very proud of her accent.

Regina grew up in a middle class neighborhood in Greenock. She was happily raised with both of her parents and sibling. Her dad's name is Robert Dan Hughes and he is and pure-blood, which he is very proud of. Her mom's name is Sandra Suzanne Hughes and she is also a pure-blood. Her older sister, Anette Hayley Hughes was born a muggle.
When Regina turned 5 her parents decided it was the best time to tell Regina she is a witch. Her parents always knew because sometimes Regina would do little tricks without knowing, when she was younger.
