Brought up in Portland Oregon and moved over into Manchester from the US. She still has a little of her accent from living in the states but has that british from living in Manchester for a year. Her mother is a witch and dad's a muggle. He isn't in the picture anymore as her mother wasn't pleased with his reaction when learned she was qa witch and so was their daughter... Until one day when Rowara inflated balloons to make them fly when she was two years old. She is of average height for her age yet a little chubby. She has blond hair, blue eyes and freckles. She loves to read but nothing factual. She has Autism as well. (OOC: I do so she does because I react as my character would) She hopes to get into Hufflepuff as she had purchased Hogwarts a History during the summer after she had gotten her letter. She has a weird sense of humor some wouldn't get but is sensory limited. She doesn't like crowded areas so the feast would be a bit of an issue with all the clanking and talking. She does like to mingle when it's a small group and would rather have a small group of friends like maybe one or two. She's really is looking for one person to befriend to follow around as she feels uncomfortable with trying to mingle when she doesn't know anyone. Her mother's name is Rachel and she also has a young sister who hasn't shown signs yet and whose name is Emily. She's 5 and looks up to her sister Rowara. She has a cat by the name of Charles who is her Stimmer and is always with her, so she can be calm when in stressful situations like crowds and loud noises.
