Personality

Jeremy, also known as Remy, a nickname given to him by his parents, has always been very imaginative and curious. He's always looking for new things to learn and ways to have fun. He can, however, have a short temper when it comes to other people. The brunette cannot stand rude people or those who ignore him. While he is a loner of sorts, Remy isn't one to turn down someone who needs help unless he's pretty sure he can't do much to help. For someone his age, he does have a surprisingly good vocabulary, well, colourful would be a better word to describe it. His parents has never bothered with the 'no swearing' thing, so whenever Remy gets fed up, he does tend to blurt out a swear or two. He doesn't do this often though since his parents do tell him off when he uses those words too much.

Description

Jeremy looked the most like his mother. Instead of having blonde hair and dark brown eyes like his dad, he wound up getting his mum's dark brown curly hair and hazel eyes. He's got quite the baby face, leading people to believe he's younger than he actually is. This can get quite frustrating for him.

History

Jeremy was born to William and Margaret Altair. His father being English while his mother is Canadian. He has a normal childhood for the most part. His parents are both very loving and try their best to make time for him. When he was born, his parents swore to make his life as wonderful and happy as they possibly could. At age one, Jeremy has begun showing signs of magic. His parents would turn their back for just a second, and when they looked back, he had somehow gotten a new toy that they knew had been placed on a shelf. At age two, they were certain he could perform magic by the way he kept randomly making things move closer or further from him. This cost them a lot of sleepless nights trying to calm his down enough to stop pushing them away every time they tried to put him to bed. Slowly but surely, his magic evened out and they were able to teach him how to stop performing magic subconsciously. After the first two years, things seemed a lot easier. Margaret resumed her work as a Healer while William found a job as a helper in a shop. Both of them have very little time to spend with Jeremy on week days, but as soon as the weekend comes, the three of them go out to have fun as a family. Those were always Jeremy's favourite days. Sadly, when it wasn't one of his favourite days, he was left with a baby sitter. The good news for him were that she was often late, meaning he could do whatever he pleased for around an hour before she arrived. He could often be found running around the house, pretending to be an explorer or duck under chairs and tables while leading an imaginary army to victory. The boy loved to imagine things more than anything. He would sometimes draw out what he imagined too. Another great pass time that he picked up at the age of six was reading. To his parent's surprise, that wasn't the only thing he picked up while they were away. Jeremy had noticed how often the two of them would lose their things, whether it be because they were rushing out in the morning or just simple absentmindedness, he had made a game out of finding the missing items. He surprised his dad once by finding his spare keys to the shop that had been dropped under the couch. By age eight his parents had tried to get him to make friends with other kids around their neighbourhood. And at age nine, they gave up trying to get him to go to play dates with those kids as he has no interest in getting to know any of them. He claimed they weren't imaginative enough and wouldn't play along with his games. Since that day, Jeremy's only interaction with those his age had been whenever they went out on weekends.
