Daniel was born in Loughborough (if thats how you spell it??). He grew up with two wizard parents, although is not a pure-blood due to the two being half-bloods themselves. He's generally a shy kid, who doesn't bother making any friends, and the type who just stays in the corner and does nothing other than stare out of the window, noting down the geography of his surroundings. He went to a muggle school, since his parents thought that mathematics, science, et cetera were important things in life. He has no siblings, so is either spoilt or is expected to exceed in all subjects. He never really listens to anyone, either, since he never finds anything interesting, although the wizarding world amazed him. Even though he was never allowed, whenever he could, he would attempt to discover more about wizards and witches, quidditch and any other things related to magic. He would always sneak into his parents room while they weren't there to search for anything to do with wizards, and found an old book about Hogwarts. He read more until he fully understood that it was a school for young wizards, and assumed he, too, would one day go there, so every day up until the date he got the letter, he would check one day off of his calendar.
