Killana is a very sweet girl when face to face with strangers, and even kinder to her friends and loved ones. She was born with black hair and pale blue eyes to her mother, Alinoa Smith, and her father, Damian Orion. Killana has never truly understood the relationship between her mother and father, other than they never really saw eye to eye. Her father had taken her away from her mother when she was born, and he told her he did it for her own well being. She didn't understand this until she was older and her mother showed up out of the blue after having found them and attempted to have a relationship with Killana as her daughter.
Growing up with her father was a great life though, as he was a very gregarious man who was a socialite. Killana took after this quite well and fast. Her father had parties on the regular and she attended them all, quite happily. This lead to her being quite the chipper young girl who adores being around people. She also enjoys reading during her down time and day dreaming.
It was about half a year after she turned nine that her mother showed up with no announcement. Her father had attempted to keep her hidden from her mother while she was visiting, but Alinoa was on a hunt for her daughter, and would not be happy until she saw and met her. Killana came to regret telling her father she wished to get to know her mother. Upon meeting her she could tell there was something off with her mother. she felt, like she was giving Killana the cold shoulder, and not really treating her like a daughter, but rather some random acquaintance she'd met on the street. It soon came out during an argument between her mother and father, her mother was incapable of having feelings of love or anything remotely like it. Killana stepped forward and told her mother she did not wish for her to be a part of her life, and regardless of what her father wanted, she never wanted to see her mother again.
Her mother had tried to argue it, this was when Killana learned she was a witch like her mother and father, she had attempted to shove her mother gently toward the door, but instead of her mother being knocked unbalanced by the shove, it didn't stop and her mother was pushed all the way out the door, which promptly slammed in her mother's face.
