Hi, my name is Rosemary Williams. Most people in my hometown call me Mary, but I would like to be called Rose from now on because of my new journey. I am from Oxfordshire, England where I am part of a long line of wizards, some wizard-born and some half-blood. I am raised to respect them all, however I am a wizard-born. My magic first appeared when I was 10, which was rather odd, because most wizards in my family see signs of their magic at the earliest, 7. But it is no big deal, I was just so excited when I found out I could attend Hogwarts. It has been my dream since my parents told me about my history. I am a pretty intelligent, active, and kind (mostly) person. I really look forward to this really cool experience filled with learning spells, history, potions, games, and new people of course. I am also really interested in Quidditch, because I am such a free spirited person. I am truly excited to start this new "journey" my mom in particular calls it. To me, magic is one of things that cannot ever be really defined; but, if it could magic to me is the ability to make the unknown known. Magic is new experiences, new life, and new beginnings to a world I am so ready to learn about. So who's with me?
