She will only have her hair down if she is a) late b) attending a special occasion or c) doesn't have a ponytail on her at the moment. Julie has hazel eyes that often draw people towards them, which has made Julie more comfortable with holding eye contact.

( personality )
Julie Jemison is a free-spirited girl. She enjoys doing before thinking, which often gets her in trouble with her mother and the professors. She enjoys being around a large group of people and will strike up a conversation with someone she doesn't know. Julie is kind-hearted but will speak her mind if needed, which is often not as good as it sounds. She tends to overthink things after they have happened, she tries to find the meaning as to why someone said what they said or why they did what they did. Due to this, she often gets stressed easily, making her more aggressive towards others. Julie is often described as highly emotional, which makes it hard for her to keep friends because they never tend to understand her mood swings. During her classes or whenever she is alone, she often daydreams and loses her focus, which gets her in trouble when she is seen not paying attention.

( bio )
Julie was the result of a relationship between a muggle and a wizard, the muggle being her mother. The wizard had broken up with her only a week before she found out she was pregnant. Her mother often worked more than one job, but she always found time for Julie. Julie's mother didn't know that the wizard was indeed a wizard, so when Julie had shown signs of magic at a young age, Julie had suspicions. When Julie received her letter saying she was to attend Hogwarts, both of them were confused but never-the-less, Julie and her mother had figured out what was to happen for her to attend Hogwarts. While her mother had her suspicions, again, she sent her daughter off to the wizarding school for her first year.
